Lightweight materials are the most popular building wall construction because of their fast installation, high insulation, and low cost. However, these use cement as a binder. Cement production releases carbon dioxide emissions resulting in environmental issues. The research investigated fly ash geopolymer polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to enhance mechanical thermal properties cellular lightweight mortar. effects PVA concentrations, foam content (Fc), curing time on (CLFAG) mortar reinforced with specimens were evaluated. results revealed that concentrations Fc had an effect unit weights CLFAG specimens. lowest weight was 10.10 kN/m3 at concentration 20% 2%.
